Friendly and comfortable
Just a few yards from the sea this is a pleasant place to mstay in Brighton. Kemp town is at the top of the road the sea at the bottom and just a short walk to the centre of town.
Our room was clean and comfortable and quiet too even though we faced onto the street. Breakfast included in the price as are the antics of the friendly resident dog!
