3 mobile store in Eastbourne have very bad serivce

3 mobile store in Eastoburne customer service is very poor. I have an awful experience, I got told off impolite staff and manager. I was trying to ask them send off my mobile phone to repare, I visited twice first time they refuse to do it and didnt explain why. second time even worse, the manager over there told me off, he said" Are you calling me a liar?" this kind of customer service is very unacceptable. My phone still not get fixed. I have never experience such bad attitude from a service provider. so do not go there unless you want to told off by them.
