Don't bother
I worked here for nearly a year and would never stay here. I don't think it represents the Holiday Inn group in general as I have stayed at others that are better.
The food for a start is diabolical (I won't even begin to tell you the antics of the head chef!) However the best time to eat is probably lunch as you can get the odd good meal....depends who is cooking.
Most of the receptionists are very unhelpful.

I worked on the bar for all of my stay but we were involved in conferencing, weddings, room service etc. The hotel is a bit badly situated really because a lot of the guests are from the C&G building which is across the road and are not really a very nice bunch. Of course there are the odd exceptions.
They are pretty good with pets and children so no worries there.
Probably the one good thing about the place is the standard the housekeeping do the rooms in.
Unique Quality: The pool facilities are about the same as they are in every other Holiday Inn.
It's good in that the location is easy to get to from the motorway and good for working etc.
