The staff were all friendly and helpful. The service was terrific - a bowl of freshly popped popcorn to go along with the movie we borrowed, and fresh flowers and fruit in the sitting room when we arrived were very nice touches.
The hotel is extremely convenient to the tube, Piccadilly Circus, the theater district and restaurants. Jermyn St is lined with many quality shops, from clothiers to book stores to hat makers.
While the hotel is not cheap, I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for quality lodging with a personal touch.
One of the things that drew us to 22 Jermyn St was the location. Many of London's most popular sightseeing destinations, Royal Parks, restaurants, theater and night-spots are located within walking distance of the hotel.
