Comfortable & Affordable
I was there last March. Astor Kensington has a great location. Neither is it far from the center, nor is it located in a busy area. Combined with the comfortable athmosphere in it and the great breakfast, I have no hesitations to stay there again during my next London trip. The service is just amazing for the price you pay and indeed, you feel that you're in England. However, the bathrooms might be a bit better and there might be a more conservative policy towards loud music in the night. Nevertheless, this is just one weak point of Astor, which cannot worsen your London experience so much and I can only recommend anyone to go there.
Unique Quality: The breakfast is wonderful. The area is one of the best in London.
