Terrible experience at this hotel, just don't understand how it can get five stars.

Rude staff, dirty corridors, leftover food piled up on tables in restaurant, tiny rooms, right on busy road, greasy uncleaned windows.

Don't waste your money.

The price is shocking, considering the service you get.
It is in a convenient location, but I would rather stay somewhere a little bit out of the way, then stay in a super expensive tiny hotel on one of the busines streets in London.
Bad value for money.
