I'd guess you get what you'd expect from a typical middle class hotel in London.

Nice posh lobby, friendly staff (if only a little bit rushed).

Nice clean rooms although felt a bit cramped - really small (as I said, London!).

Usual amenities: TV, hairdryer, tea/coffee, aircon.

Can't comment on the breakfast as the breakfast room was closed for redecorating whilst we stayed there. Ho hum.

The location is great - Oxford street is literally around the corner.

Being in a side street doesn't mean it's quiet at night though - there still was a lot of traffic at all times going past the hotel. Never mind though (London!).

Proximity of Oxford Street and Hyde Park.
