2 hours after checking in we found a bed bug in our room, discreetly took it to the manager and asked for a refund. He admitted they were a problem in the area, and assured me I would get a refund thru my travel agent upon return to Canada. No Refund! He totally lied about the whole incident. These are very unethical people. Do not stay here. These bugs can get in your luggage and travel with you!
