This holiday Inn is on the opposite side of London to Heathrow airport, and some considerable distance from the city centre.

From the airport you can go into London by either train (Heathrow Express or the cheaper Heathrow Connect:

Or you can take the coach (long-distance bus) into London. Coaches arrive at Victoria coach station. www.nationalexpress.co, for coach times, details and fares.

Or you can take the underground Picadilly line. As noted, this is the cheapest option but will involve escalators etc.

The nearest Tube station to the hotel is Newbury Park on the Central Line (red). Wherever you arrive from Heathrow (Victoria, Padding ton or by taking the Picadilly line (dark blue) you will need to change Tube trains.

Taking the Tube all the way means you onlky have to change once, at Oxford Circus.

From Victoria you need to take the Victoria line (light blue) to Oxford Circus, and change there.

From Paddington you need to take the Bakerloo line (brown) southwards and change at Oxford Circus.

You could, of course, just take a taxi onwards from either Paddington or Victoria but this will not be a cheap option. Distance is around 12 miles from Paddington, around 15 from Victoria. London taxi rates here;
