The Grange City is how all London hotels should be. It is a new and purpose-built hotel with all the modern amenities you could wish for. Everything is perfect from the friendly receptionists to even the corridors. And the location is just around the corner from the Tower of London. When I stayed here they had just opened and their swimming pool was not open yet. No worries as they made sure I could go for a swim at their sister hotel The Grange City Hotel which is very close by. I was greeted warmly and all my possible needs were asked about. Newspaper? Wake-up call? Travel arrangements? Maps? Just absolutely flawless service. I walked past the very nice looking restaurant and up the glass elevators to my floor. The corridors outside the rooms are kind of neat themselves. Plush carpets with excellent lighting leading to rooms with outside newspaper holders and doorbells. Inside my room I was greeted by a bed that instantly looked luxurious. I pay hotels in London to sleep so I am ready for work the next day. I knew instantly that the Grange Tower Bridge would more than meet expectations. The 3 requirements were there. First the room was quiet and I could not hear outside noises. Secondly the curtains made the room pitch black. And the bed? I almost fell asleep just sitting on it. YES.

The rest of the room was well decorated and had lots of extras like a cool mini-bar area, and excellent desk & chair, good TV, closet and even an ironing board. I even had a very nice leather sofa in my room.

The bathroom was efficiency itself. Lots of mirrors, a bath, luxury towels and great toiletries. There was also a separate shower with lots of controls and settings. Absolutely excellent.

I highly recommend this hotel. Sadly my photos do not fully show the beauty and comfort of this wonderful hotel. See for yourself. They have what business people and tourists want – a relaxing stay in a great location. Absolutely first class. In fact all the Grange Hotels know how to treat guests in real style.
