My husband and I stayed here during our trip to London. The hotel has its pluses and minuses. The pluses are the price and the location - not far from 2 underground stations (Bayswater and Queensway).

I would say that the biggest minus is that when we opened the door to the room upon arrival, the room was not cleaned. Yuck.
The rooms and reception could use some improvement, and the water temperature from the shower was a little unstable.
