It´s the tipical Londoneese Bed&Breakfast. Little rooms, bad furniture, narrow corridors, etc... you know?
But anyway, this places have the best quality/price relation in London. Who can aford a good hotel in the capital of England? NOT ME!!
The rooms are provided by a little fridge, heating, colour TV, tea coffee making facilities and a humble bathroom. But they are always clean and the rooms are made everyday.
The breakfast is included in the price, and consits of cereals, milk, coffee or te, toats, butter, mermelade and orange juice.
Two minutes walking from Victoria Tube Station (Victoria, Circle and District lines), actaully the location is the best thing of the Hotel.

There is 4 hotels (more like B&B) in the same street managed by same family.
Corridors, stairs and rooms were very narrow and small but the cleanness of the beddings compensated everything.
Breakfast was tee or coffee, toast, butter, jams, orange juice and cereals with milk. Nothing special but good enough =)
Check-in was a bit confusing cause we didn't know these 4 hotels were under same owner but the staff helped us through it =)
No buggs seen there =)
EDIT: Visited the place again sept 2005, jan 2006 and sept2006 .. had wonderful low budget stay.
Perfect location by Victoria coach, rail & tube stations.
Very easy access.
If you have problem walking in stairs, this hotel is not for you.. sorry.
Ideal if you're on a tight budgett and don't need anything luxerious (like a shower curtain, a rack to hang your coat or want to view more than 5 shaky tv-channels)
