My room was clean not too big not too small with en-suite bathroom, TV, hairdryer, tea making facilities. No special decoration etc. It's not really a place to stay if you're looking for typically british accomodation with four poster beds and romantic flowery cusions but perfect for a business stay or for travellers who want to be quite close to a lot of London sights.
Breakfast buffet is not included in room rates but was quite good and quite a variety to choose from.
Lucky me - I had a room with a great view overlooking Big Ben and Houses of Parliament on the other side of the river Thames. Quite impressive to wake up when Big Ben bells ring in the morning ...
The hotel is close to a lot of sights and located directly at the river Thames. Subway stations Westminster or Waterloo (Westminster is closer though I'd say). Plenty of restaurants around.
