The hotel was clean and modern (4 years old), and the staff was curtious. As typical with most hotels in England and Europe, this room was small. But the beds where ridiculously small (66"x40") and lumpy. After the second sleepless night, I complainted to the front desk. They replied that there was nothing wrong with the mattress. It's just cheap. And cheap is this hotel, but not the price. Also, they advertized meat on the breakfast buffet, not true. Go to the Delta Inn on Porchester Road instead.
Directions: The location of Bayswater is excellent for tourists. Lots of restaurants, pubs and shopping, plus very close to the underground (subway) and an indoor shopping mall.
