The website description of this hotel & the fact that they are a three star hotel is totally mis leading. The standard of the rooms is very rough around the edges. There was no duvet cover on the beds, the duvet itself dirty, the pillows were dirty, I had to sleep on top of the bed on top of my towels, the curtains were splashed with coffee, the room was fusty & smelly, the bath was dirty, the sink had not been cleaned, the bin full, the soap was used with hair stuck to it, the breakfast was cold, eggs were like rubber.....I could go on but I think you get the message......!
I definitely would NOT recommend this hotel to someone else.
When I brought my unsatisfactory stay to the attention of the reception I was greeted with a blank look from the reception girl & then introduced to the head of house keeping. I raised the issues that I had with the room to this person only to receive the reply " WHAT DO YA WANT ME TO DO" thrusting her hands through the air, may I add if this person was supposed to be the head of house keeping she herself had a very untidy appearance.
Lets say all in all a very unpleasant experience that I shall not be repeating, I have family in the area that I visit many times a year & so this particular hotel..? shall not be receiving anymore business from us or our friends.
Not convenient to park, no spaces.!
