penthouse with 116 feet of balcony!!!

If you are going to splurge or if you are traveling with two couples, this is the place. We rented the penthouse ($1659) for a week. For a little more than $100 per night we had a penthouse...living room, dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms, two and a half baths, and 116 feet of balcony extending around 3 sides of the building. The hotel is small with a little four person elevator and a man on duty at the front desk at all times. It is extremely quiet. We never heard any other living soul except on Saturday night and our balcony door was wide open. Right down the street from the bus stop (maybe a half of a block coming home, two blocks over to pick up) and literally around the corner from the Goodge Street station.

Unique Quality: The views...One can see ALL of London. We would drink our coffee in the morning watching the light play off of the London Eye. We could see the British Museum and all the little parks that dot the area. The best though was watching our neighbors on their roof tops...sunning themselves in 70 degree weather...another threw her child a garden party for his birthday. Great fun.

  • Opinion of Price: more expensive than average
