You get what you pay for!

Room clean and a reasonable size, bathroom clean and everything worked. The area was good for us as we were visiting friends nearby but wouldn't be convenient if you were wanting to spend time in central London.
We didn't bother with breakfast - there were huge queues, not enough seats and it consisted only of cereal, white sliced bread that you put through a toaster, orange juice and tea or coffee.
The public areas generally were a bit shabby and the staff were OK but not particularly obliging.
Free secure parking was excellent and the fact that it was undercover was a bonus as all the rooms were non-smoking. I know every inch of that car park very well :-(
The neighbourhood can seem a little off-putting if you're not used to inner city London but, despite prolonged periods standing in the car park, I never saw anything threatening happening.
Well worth staying here if you're on a strict budget and don't mind the distance from town.
