by waxingturtle

My husband and I studied abroad with my school last summer. We were there for 6weeks. We stayed in Florence, Italy but made several small trips to other places. Such as Nurnber, Germany for three day, Rome for two days, Sangimano Two days, Pisa/Luca one day, Sienna/San Gimano one day. It was Great.

Excursion to Sienna

by J+I

We're staying in Cinque Terre in May 2005 - expecting to base ourselves in Monterosso - can't decide whether to stay for 5 or 7 days - is there "enough" to do for 7 days?. Also want to know if we can make an excursion from one of the villages to Sienna - is there a reliable bus service or train? or is it too far to go for a 'day trip'? Florence I think would be achievable....but not sure about Sienna? Any advice?

Euroline's Unlimited Pass to 35 cities in Europe

by kenyneo

has anyone bought the 15 / 30 / 60 days unlimited pass offered by www.eurolines.com ?

I have a few question -

1) Though in the terms for such unlimited pass it is
said that this bus is meant to travel from one
country to another it was specifically mentioned in
point No 11 that exceptions will be for Frankfurt -
Munich , Paris -Lyon and Milan-Sienna-Rome.

But when I check the timetable , I could not fine
connection for Frankfurt - Munich and Paris - Lyon .
Are they actually available ?

2) When I start to click booking online , something very strange happened , they showed 31 cities instead of 35 cities , but when I count the number of cities you can choose to stop, its more than both. So whats happening ?

thank you

keny
