BEWARE OF THIS HOTEL

Terrible (1.0 of 5.0 stars)

WARNING TO ALL: I stayed at this hotel last week with my family. My bank card went missing. A friend of mine was also staying at this hotel the day after me, her card also went missing, the "managers" did not know we knew each other. Both our cards have been fraudulently used. £1200 of mine, £800 of my friends. Reported to the Police and under investigation. It appears we are not the only one's to have been victims of fraud whilst staying at this hotel. The other reviews on this site say's it all really. BE VERY CAUTIOUS. Apart from this, the beds were very hard and uncomfortable, 4 parking spaces, one of which was being taken up by the owner and the shower was terrible. A disgraceful place.

Unique Quality: none

Ripped off at the Beaufort

I am an extremely unhappy customer of this hotel. Great location, massively overpriced but that's London for you, hotel nice enough but not a lot of attention to detail in the bedrooms.

Our room, not cheap at just short of £1000 for three nights, was at the front of the hotel and we were at the mercy of the dustbin men who showed now consideration for guests at all!

Check what's included, then check again and get it in writing!

Unique Quality: All marred by a lack of customer service and disgraceful approach to the paying customer
