"The place to go for advice, insight and hands-on technical support".The 'Handome Man' recently recommend the Apple store's Genius Bar as the Little Rock Chic's ipod was playing up. Housed upstairs in Apple's Regent Street store, it is definitley worth a visit if you book an appointment (very easy online * here* So if you're in the West End and could do with some help with your Mac or ipod, get yourself down there.
When you arrive, head to the Genius Bar, where you will see your name on the LCD screen. Please check in with a Mac Genius or another staff member. The session will take approximately 15 minutes, depending on the issue.
We had a short wait and the efficient friendly staff had her ipod up and running in under 5 minutes, and all free of charge.
I would recommend booking your appointment, if you come without one, you could, from what I hear, be in for a long wait.
