The hotel is located in what once were 3 Victorian houses. It has been recently refurbished and it was VERY clean (in fact, the first really clean hotel I've ever been in London without spending a fortune). Most rooms are not ensuite, you have a shower and a washbasin inside, but the shared toilets are in the corridor. Anyway, these were new and absolutely clean. There were 2 wc (men/women) for approximately each 3-4 rooms, and in fact I never find them occupied by other guests.
The street was nice and quiet, no disturbing noises during night. The staff was attentive and nice. The breakfast was OK, I took the cheapest option, continental, that was more than enough for me (anyway, I’m not really used to have scrambled eggs or other hot stuff early in the morning!)
To made it short: I will try to book there again in the future (having been to London so many times before, and it's the first time I found a place I don't mind to return!!)
