Terrible Hotel

Facilities were NOT as advertised!! We ordered a quaddruple room and were supposed to have 2 singles and a double bed. We got 2 doubles. TV didn't work and there was no remote. Veiw from our ONE window was of a storage room off the kitchen, there was NO ventilation. Bathroom was so small I had to sit sideways on the toilet to avoid banging my knees into the wall. We were left a free gift on top of the hutch an adult toy for a man if you get my meaning. The room was very dutsy and there must have been mold somewhere cause my allergies were driving me crazy! When we complained to the night staff we were told that was the only room for three people. THe day staff offered us a cot and removal of the adult toy, the dust stayed. We padi $380 for two nights!! THe night staff was in the room our window opened to at 0300 making something in teh microwave and the kitchen staff was in at 0630 preparing breakfast. Why they needed an hour to prepare I have no idea as it was toast your own bread and dry cereal. I got about 9 hours of sleep in two nights, this was supposed to be a relaxing birthday girls trip that was a nightmare. We were offered no other compensation for our stay.

Unique Quality: There are none...unless you count the used adult toy we found in our room.

The Wedgewood Hotel -BBB (Bueno - Bonito - Barato)

As our trip to London was very improvised, it was kind of difficult to find a hotel there, I thought there was a convention or something like that, finally we got a room at the Wedgewood Hotel, it is a nice, clean and relatively cheap hotel with a good service.
Also, i liked very much the location of the hotel.

Unique Quality: -It has elevator, very small, but elevator anyway.
-Breakfast is included, it is not a huge breakfast, but is it served with love ;)
-Staff is kind and they let us to make a late check-out, thank you for that!
