Our travel agent chose this lodging for us since it was one of the cheapest accomodation in London that could accomodate 25 persons in peak season.
The hotel is rated 2* and surely doesn't deserve more! Rooms are quite small, and mine smelt and had a very old furnishment. The hotel was really crowded at the time, I was there with a group of 25 people myself and there were also many more groups, so it was quite impossible to access the breakfast buffet.
Anyway the room rate was good so it made our trip to London affordable. I don't think there are better hotels for the same rate, so I suggest staying at the Travelodge near Kings Cross because it is really close to the tube station and that makes it easy travelling around.
Well... I suggest staying here if you want to travel all day and come back late, so that you spend less time as possible inside your room!!
Unique Quality: The better quality is its location: walking distance to Kings Cross station.
Breakfast was ok (enough varied and tasty) but avoid crowded hours (from 8 to 9 o' clock): you won't find a free table!
