Bed in BedBreakfast in Kensington
Decent Bed and Breakfast in good area near High ST. Kensington Station or Nottingham Hill Station. Budget rooms with shared bathroom are on 3 and 4th floors so tough climb with heavy luggage. Opt for private bathroom for lower floor.
Unique Quality: Directly behind Kensington Palace. Good area near Hight St. Kensignton and shops. Rooms are decnt nothing special but adequate for price.

Adequate Lodging In a Good Neighborhood
Can't say it was the best, but considering the prices in London it was OK. I don't think we had one of the better rooms. We were on the ground floor, very small, with heating problems. Also, can't say the staff was over friendly, just sort of on task.
Had to send deposit ahead of time by personal check, then settled in cash as we checked out.
Can't say it was excellent, just adequate. Didn't spend much time in the room anyway.
Unique Quality: Just a good location. Close to the Tube, Kensington Palace and Park, and Hyde Park.
