Where do I start to describe this place???? I will start by saying that the room was indeed clean, and the location was excellent. Good thing that we were not in it that much and only needed a place to hang out hat each night on our trip to London. The reception area was nothing more than a dilapidated desk and torn leather office chair. The staff seemed helpful enough but there was not many services / ammenities to offer. The room itself as stated was clean. An oddity was that the toilet and the shower were in the same small enclosure. Imgaine a cruise ship but much smaller (see picture). The sink was actually outside this small room. I understand that this B&B hotel is an old Victorian house. I guess I was just expecting something a little more for the money. In fact I could have got more for the money if we were further outside London. In this case you are definitely paying for the location. Not much else.

A very light breakfast is included in the room rate. You eat at picnic style tables with other hotel guests. No elevators. We had to walk up many flights of stairs with luggage.
