Dreadful
I arrived at this hotel, advertised as three star to find a run down, delapadated propertly reminicent of my slum-like student accomodation. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE LIES IN THEIR ADVERT! no wi-fi exists and never has,no satalite tv exists and never has,the photo of the room is not that hotel etc. it is verging on criminal false advertising that the rooms they offer complete with black mould spores, a leak over the broken desk which poured through the light fittings, cracked bathroom suite, faeces smeared over the toilet bowel, a barely watchable television set showing channels 1,2,3 and 5, flaking plaster on the walls, a gap in the window frame (it actually didnt fit the hole in the wall), an anceint mattress, semen stained sheets and the carpet actually had iron shaped melted patches. i could go on and on.....when i mentioned the black mould to the front of house manager he told me that he had inspected the room and that in his opinion, and i quote "wasnt as bad as i was making out" i was not offered so much as an acceptance and apology.
while staying at this 'hotel' i asked the receptionist to order me a taxi, which she did, and i witnessed a tall older member of staff making comments about her to customers. it was embarrassing enough for me watching as she tried to ignore him and carry on speaking to another customer entering the leisure facilities. i later asked a young lad at the bar who he was and was disgusted to find out he was the owner!
never ever would i recomend this hostel level of accomodation to another living soul!
