My favourite hotel in Southampton
I've stayed at a number of hotels and B&Bs in Southampton,a city I have visited at least twice a year for more than a decade. Whenever I can, I stay at the Elizabeth House. I have found it to be the best value in the city for it's location, accommodation and general ambience. Many people comment on the high quality of the breakfast; I must mention, what others may consider a minor point, the quality of the towels which are superior to those in many more expensive properties.
