On staying here, I was astonished to find atendees of a function given free reign of the hotel while residents were shoved in a corridor with seats. On complaining to the company, I was ignored, then given a range of excuses before finally on my 4th letter an attempt at an apology. The company appears to be beholden to Basil Fawlty and treats its guest with similar contempt. Please don't stay here.
