This is where the stars sometimes stay when they come to Hull so you may be lucky and see someone famous at breakfast.
Location wise the area is a partially a building site (summer 2008) with the hotel side of the Marina getting new flats. Across the far side the area will shortly be partially demolished for redevelopment in to a cultural quarter but that is two years away. However the area is full of interest and a short walk takes you to the River Humber.
