Stayed here Sept 2010.
Very easy to find from the ferry, cross over on the chain ferry, head towards town and up a very steep hill and it's a white building.
We arrived quite late, 9pm, left our bikes in the sun room (it was a cold September so no one was using the pool) and headed into Cowes for some food.
The room was huge, there were 3 of us in the Crew Room, a room with two single beds, a bunk bed and an adjacent room with two more bunk beds. We had an en-suite bath room too and were provided with toiletries and towels.
The TV was very old and small and only picked up a couple of channels. There was a kettle and we also have tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits.
The curtains weren't very thick so a lot of light came through in the morning.
The garden has a nice seating area and the pool, you come in through this way in the evenings as the front door is locked, though there are some very steep steps to get up. The back way leads you towards a Co-op which was useful for our lunch.
Breakfast was good; fried breakfast, cerial, toast tea, juice and coffee.
