Isle of Wight Disappointment
Unfortunately I received a very nasty bout of food poisoning whilst staying at this hotel. I missed two days out of my holiday and several meals.
I wrote to the Travel Company on my return and eventually was sent a letter saying the Hotel Management knew of no one being ill, despite them being told and various guests being ill in the hotel.
Our coach driver was the one who advised me to write to the Travel Company after telling me how he had been discussing it with the Hotel Management!
Not impressed and would not returnto this hotel.
Unique Quality: Facitilies poor and hote in need of refrubishment. Unfortunately when you book a coach tour you have no choice in which hotel you stay in. If I wasa travelling independently, I would never want to book into this hotel again.
