 my husband and i stayed at the shanklin beach hotel for 4 nights last week i am not a moaner but have to say this was the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. the rooms were dirty dusty small the bathroom well i say bathroom cupboard would be more apt it was 3foot by 4 foot big and im telling you how it is tiles off wall shower head falling off...they were doing renovations on the ballroom and tv lounge next to the bar so was dust and rubble all over...lifts to all floors year but didnt tell you when you get out of lift you have to use some stairs to get to your rooms no good at all for disabiled people then people were taking ill with a bug 4 that i knew of when we got there and my husband took ill on last day they had no toasters for 3 days but you could have as much bread and butter as you wanted what a joke this place is but on the upside we met a lovely couple and enjoyed there company thanks M and B.
