Nice and calm seaside town

We ended up in Deal during one of our impulsive trips from Belgium across the Channel. Stayed in Dover and wanted to see more but still stay along the coast. Deal is a very pleasant place with a bit of history since it is once of the "Cinque Ports", designated as such for its strategic position during the Napoleonic wars when nearby Sandwich had started to silt up. As it was an impulsive trip, there are unfortunately no photos so feel free to donate :-)
