Excellent Hotel

Village Hotel & Leisure Club at Maidstone is where we stayed for visiting Leed's Castle. It was easy to reach, as there was direct access to the M20 motorway.
Check-in was good, and the staff went out of their way to find the location of a Laundromat in Maidstone for us.
There was FREE Wi-Fi and FREE PARKING. We could have used the Health club and its 25-metre pool, fitness equipment, sauna, steam room and spa pool for FREE, we didnt!

Our bedroom was good, and had flat-screen TV with satellite channels, Tea & Coffee making facilities, Telephone, Bathroom with a hairdryer.
Buffet Breakfast was included in the price and was very good.

The Hotel is not right in Maidstone, probably, about 5-10mins away. Even though there were events on while we were there, it was not noisy.

We enjoyed our time, and would return.

Travel Tips for Maidstone

Our new park.

by Steve-H

Whatman Park, shiny and new, built for the millenium and worth every penny. A skatepark and an open air stage are its best features, it is linked to the river by two new bridges and is well worth a visit.
