The Brew House Hotel

Staying here can be a lethal experience. My wife and I found out, the hard way, from the moment I stepped in the door and tripped on the dark marble step. The result was a dislocated left shoulder that ended our trip the day it began. We later discovered that these kinds of accidents are pretty common at the Brew House. But the staff was wholly ineffective in a dealing with my plight and the management unconcerned. Of course, they did want to get paid for the room we'd reserved. But I cannot urge anyone strongly enough to look elsewhere for accommodations in Turnbridge Wells.
