I accidently reserved a room here when I was supposed to be somewhere else. Have been a Hilton Honors member for 30+ years. 10 minutes later tried to cancel and was unable. Called the hotel every day for two weeks and manager would not cancel my reservation. She would not return my calls, my e-mails, etc. I was charged $1400 for a hotel I never saw. The organization who owns the hotel was equally rude. I would not advise anyone to deal with these rude people. There are plenty of other places to stay in town that are in better locations, are better priced and where the organization doesn't steal from customer just because they "can".
