Great Yarmouth boasts of over 15 miles of sandy beaches on the most popular strip of the Norfolk Coastline, from Winterton-on-Sea in the north to Hopton-on-Sea in the south.
Great Yarmouth is also Norfolkâs largest port leading to miles of beautiful waterways and was once considered as one of the wealthiest towns in Britain due to its prosperous herring industry, Great Yarmouth has a rich and proud history with museums and monuments spread throughout the town. It has not one but two piers. The Wellington Pier was built back in 1854, followed by the Britannia Pier two years later.
