Fizz buzz looks and sounds more like a wine bar, but actually its a really nice small restaurant with a silly name. It used to be called the merchant house. There are about six tables, all decently spaced. The menu is small, normally three or four dishes and its sort of french. Duck on mash with a tasty jus and mushroom risotto, that kind of thing. Food excellently prepared and tasty. Wine list is very good, and the waiter knows his wine. Since the demise of Adlards this is our favorite restaurant in Norwich
