UEA - Campus View
The UEA campus was constructed on land that had previously belonged to the Earlham Estate, the property of a notable Quaker family in East Anglia. I liked the way in which the college buildings interacted with their environment, particularly the "terrace" buildings of dormitories, which were shaped like ziggurats or pyramids. (Unfortunately, I didn't stay in these dorms, but instead a ugly faceless hall on the other side of campus.)
I believe this picture shows the "Waveney Terrace" dorms as well as the Sainsbury Centre. The photo was taken across from the UEA "Broad," - a man-made lake that invokes the spirit of Norfolk.
