Norwich City are a professional Football team who play in the English Premier League.
They are nicknamed The Canaries and play in distinctive yellow shirts, green shorts and yellow socks. The Canaries play their Home games at Carrow Road Stadium. The Club is owned by Tv Cook Deliah Smith who is often seen with a City scarf around her neck.
I don`t really like going to watch Norwich play as it usually involves an eight hour round trip from the Midlands just to watch 90 minutes of football.
The last time I went to Norwich, a good few years ago know, I bought a Program of Villas match against Inter Milan. This meant I went all the way to Milan and back without getting a program, then travelled to Norwich and managed to get one. To watch the match the only equipment you really need is a good strong voice to sing your club`s songs and encourage the team and your eyes to actually watch the game, some people do take a pair of binoculars if they sit far from the pitch.
Apart from the above the club s encourage you to buy their merchandise to enhance your matchday experience, you can buy virtually anything from hats and scarfs to the full blown replica kit, which generally is updated annually.
Norwich - A fine city

I have lived about 25 miles away from Norwich since 1991. Having seen other cities now I can see that it lives up to its sign's slogan of ' a fine city' . There is actually a lot of nice architecture here with the new library - the forum, the riverside development, and new construction continuing. Shopping is very good in Norwich and there are lots of little back lanes and cobbled streets. The Cathedral is very nice as is the Castle which are both worth visiting.
