I'm getting married, and we stayed here for my hen night. It has a 4 Diamond rating, and I haven't a clue how many stars this would be, but it was like a 1.5 star accomodation. The front desk people were very friendly and the lobby looks quite nice. It has the tiniest elevator I've ever seen, but an elevator nontheless, which is a good thing if you're on the third floor. We booked 3 rooms, and noticed as you go up, the rooms got smaller. The bedrooms were small and clean. It felt like you were sleeping in your elderly Auntie's or Gran's guest bedroom. We were in room 38, which had a very odd, hourglass shaped loo. The bathroom could have been cleaner and a bit better appointed. There was a huge crack in the sink, the shelf was coming off the wall, the toilet seat wasn't affixed properly and slid around, and the water pressure in the shower wasn't very good. After a night out on the lash, we looked forward to a nice full English. I declined the full English after seeing the sausages didn't look very nice. The toast was cold and hard, the coffee was instant, and I wound up eating only 1/4 of my bacon sarnie and feeling terribly hungover. On top of that, the lady waitress yelled at one of the employees in front of all the diners! I found this terribly unsettling first thing in the morning, and very unprofessional.
