Central location
The Strathdon is a good place to stay if you want to be within walking distance of the ciy's main attractions and nightlife. It's in a modern building opposite Nottingham Cathedral. It is used a lot for business conferences. The hotel's Boston Bean bar is a popular nightspot.

Strathdon Hotel
Nottingham has a Hilton and a Holiday Inn, but old Cliffie can recommend the Strathdon Hotel for its convenient city-centre location, just a short stroll from the city shops and the Tales of Robin Hood theme centre. Rooms may be smaller than Americans are used to, but they are clean and comfortable.
