I'd rather sleep in the car, no joke.
This is officially the worst place I have ever stayed. It took an hour to find the travelodge as there were no signs and it was right in town. When we realised where it was, we realised that there was no carpark, so we had to find one. This is took 10 minutes. The travelodge was surrounded by pubs and clubs and all you could hear was agressive shouting and girls messing around. The staff was rude and one of them gave us misleading infomation. We gave our booking number and the receptionist handed the duvet and towels required for our room over the counter? Who does that? Isn't that already meant to be in the room? Set out? So..we go into the room and all you can think is..'Eurgh'. It was awful. The heating was all full, although the room was freezing. There was black mould growing on the ceiling and the curtains wouldnt shut properly. The toilet was dirty as was the walls. At 4'o' clock in the morning, some drunks girls woke us up and it was hard to fall back to sleep with the continious noise...and we had to be awake for 7. The breakfast there was quite gross tbh, so we went to McDonalds and left.
Unique Quality: The only good thing about the hotel was that it was in town, so all the good shops and foodplaces were 2 minutes away.

Comfortable
My first stay in a Travelodge.
Friendly welcome in this city centre hotel. Check in time is 15:00 (12:00 for an extra £10)
A large and comfortable room, huge bed, tea and coffee provided as well. No complaints at all.
Breakfast is available but not included in the price.
Book early for very good prices.
