"Burford - stop 1"
We decided to spend a day in the Cotswolds and see as much as we could of the small villages, houses and shops of the area.
Our first stop was in Burford where we took a small stroll around the village and admired the pretty high street, pubs, shops, tea rooms, antique shops and houses.
The medieval bridge over the River Windrush dates from 1322 and the Church of St John the Baptist is a fine example of a Cotswold wool church.
