Perfectly adequate accommodation.
Business oriented, clean, anonymous, good parking, quiet at night considering how near it is to a (very) main road, right next to Peartree park and ride so it's easy to get the bus into the city (about 10 minutes' ride). Rooms have TV, internet points etc. Continental breakfast available in room, costs extra, probably not worth it........there's a Little Chef next door if you prefer a hot breakfast.
