This hotel is good for People who's companys are paying for them. It's not worth the money. A sandwich costs £5.25 minimum. DON'T forget you toothbrush, they'll charge you £2.50 for one. If you need to check your email, it'll be 40p a minute.
The A/C in the room won't work as it's been switched off on the main system, as it's "To cold for air con" so insted you have to put up with hot rooms. But they will, if you complain, give you a fan.
Parking is £1 but they will give you a ticket to get out with.
The hotel's OK, but nothing special for the money your paying.
I stayed here for a month and the staff were really superb. At the time the hotel was being upgraded which would have put some people off, however it did nothing to detract anything for me. Since I stayed there I have revisited the finished article and it's wonderful. The staff remembered me and made feel welcome, a pity I was booked elsewhere that was nowhere as nice.
Unique Quality: Excellenet leisure facilities, great surrounding area, village pubs and the famous Trout restaurant made famous in the Morse series on television.
Directions: Near Peartree junction on the M40
