Greyfield Farm is a selection of five self catering cottages. I live in a village nearby, but when I got married and needed somewhere for the family and friends to stay this was the perfect place.
The cottages vary in size but all are well equiped with freeview, dishwashers, washing machines etc. Some have gardens and conservatories. They are typical countryside cottages so no ikea furniture here, some even have wood buring fires for those colder nights.
June Merry was always a pleasure to deal with and made all the guests feel very welcome and even left flowers and a bottle of champagne in each cottage.
As I live close by I will not get the chance of staying here, but all the guests found the place to be fantastic and would return again if we didn't live near by.
We booked well in advance for the bank holiday weekend. They are available for weeks and short breaks.
If you want self catering accomodation in a great location you need look no further.
Unique Quality: There is a hot tub, sauna and small gymnasium as well as an outdoor BBQ area. There are farm animals a plenty to entertain the smaller guests and some spectacular scenery for everyone else.
The distance to Bath is an easy drive, a mere 20mins away, but you are far better placed for visiting Bristol, Cheddar, Wells, Glastonbury etc...
Directions: Once you reach the village turn up Greyfield Rd (Opposite Dandos Stores), follow the road around, at the end of the road (before it turns down into Gores Park) turn right up the hill (into the Gug), it is the third entrance on the right.
