Absolutely disgraceful place, and should be condemned in my opinion. Quite how it has received a 4 star rating is beyond belief. The service was diabolical and one night there is one night too many. The staff are rude and inconsiderate and are tied up with so many petty rules and draconian regulations, you feel like you just walked into a Victorian prison not a hotel.

For starters the whole place stinks of stale bovine odours. No doubt the remains of a thousand greasy breakfasts served up in their dungeon-like kitchens. The rooms are no more than cells (Prisoner Block 'H' style) with the meagre basics on display. Old beds and covers and smelly old duvets. Dirty thin carpets, and nothing matching. All things looking like they came out from the last half hour of a car boot sale i.e. nothing worth having. Very, very depressing!

Even more depressing was the price. Over £100 per room in some cases. What a cheek. You get nothing for your money. So do yourself a favour and strike this place off the list. Do not make the mistake I did. Stay away!!! The Travel Lodge up the road M5, J25 is a 100 times better and half the price.

Unique Quality: This place is a disgrace and has no endearing features or outstanding characteristics whatsoever. Dump!
