awful, awful, awful!
as a lichfield resident the hedgehog is in a lovely setting perfect for a summers day. however having visited on a few occasions this year the service has been awful. even on a quiet day upon entering the pub you are always greeted by a large queue and an understaffed bar. it is not unusual to expect a 10-15 minute wait just to get a drink. the last time i went there were 10-12 people at the bar all waiting and a very flustered member of staff announcing quite loudly to the waiting customers that she needed them to form a queue as she had no idea who to serve next.
