Marriott Sunderland: By the sea
Marriot Sunderland located in Seaburn, which is ideally situated on beach front. Half the rooms over look the sea front or the car park to the rear. My room was spacious with enough room to fit a crib and to move around the very comfortable King-size bed.
The Breakfast was expensive at £16.95 per person, but has verything you could think of, the dining room was lovely yet the cost of the food there was expensive. The pool area was nice and was open early til late allowing me to get a morning swim before breakfast or should you fancy a soak in a jacuzzi after a busy day of sight seeing then its opening hours are perfect.
An excellent 4 star hotel with good links to Sunderland or Newcastle via the Metro.
Rooms start from £110.00 per room per night including Breakfast rising to around £155.00, so book early.
